1. Service Description
sacatelcarnet is an online platform for driving theory exam preparation in Spain. We offer tests, simulations, and study materials.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform legally and responsibly. You may not copy, distribute, or resell content without authorization.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining your account security. You must provide accurate information when registering.
4. Content
Our questions follow the official DGT curriculum but we do not guarantee they are identical to the real exam. Content is regularly updated.
5. Exam pass: one-time payment and withdrawal
The exam pass is optional. Free, with no account: every question with its explanation, topic tests, your progress and 1 DGT-style simulation a day. For 6 months (183 days) from payment, the pass adds unlimited DGT-style simulations, a readiness score, a plan to your exam date, a per-topic report for every DGT-style simulation and spaced review of your mistakes.
It is a one-time payment: it is not a subscription and never renews. The pass costs €9.99 in Spanish and €14.99 in English, VAT included. You need an account to activate it. Stripe processes the payment; we never see or store your card details. Access starts as soon as Stripe confirms the payment.
The digital service starts immediately after payment is confirmed, with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that, once access starts, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (article 103(m) LGDCU and article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Loss of that right also requires confirmation of this consent on a durable medium. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. This does not limit your statutory rights for lack of conformity or any other consumer rights. To exercise them, write to hello@dockialabs.com.
The extras are calculated from the practice data saved on your device: if you clear your browser data or switch devices, those calculations start again.
6. Limitation of Liability
sacatelcarnet does not guarantee exam success. We are a complementary study tool. We are not responsible for content errors.
7. Changes
We may modify these terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
