Exam pass FAQ
What does the exam pass include?
Four extras for 6 months: a 0–100 readiness score, a day-by-day plan to your exam date, a per-topic report after every official simulation and spaced review of your mistakes.
Is it a subscription?
No. It is a one-time payment of €9.99 (VAT included) for 6 months of access to the extras. It never renews and nothing else is charged.
What stays free?
Everything that was already free: every question with its explanation, topic tests, official simulations, your progress, your failed questions, the 7-day plan and the exam countdown. None of it becomes paid.
Do I need an account?
Yes, to activate the pass, because it is saved to your account. You don't need an account to practise for free.
What if I'm not convinced?
Ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, with no reason needed, by writing to hello@dockialabs.com. Once the payment is refunded, the pass is switched off.
Does it work on several devices?
The pass belongs to your account, so you have it on any device where you sign in. The extras use each device's practice data, like your free progress.
