What is the psychotechnical test?
The psychotechnical test is a mandatory medical-psychological evaluation to obtain or renew any Spanish driving licence. It is carried out at a DGT-authorised driver examination centre and certifies that you are physically, mentally and perceptually fit to drive.

How to pass first time
- Sleep well the night before: the test measures reflexes and attention.
- If you wear glasses or contacts, bring them — don't forget.
- Avoid alcohol and drugs for at least 24 hours.
- Bring valid ID or passport.
- No studying needed: the test isn't prepared, just arrive in good shape.
