Switch off the engine and keep the sidelights on. Article 97.3 requires this when stationary because of traffic density in a tunnel, without waiting more than two minutes. Keep as far as possible from the vehicle ahead and stay in the vehicle; temporarily use hazard lights to warn approaching traffic behind. Resume when possible and safe. A breakdown, emergency or fire requires the relevant emergency measures and instructions.
