Correct answer
At least one compliant luminous or reflective item visible from 150 metres.
At least one luminous or reflective item meeting personal protective equipment requirements, visible from at least 150 metres. Article 118.2 requires it between sunset and sunrise and when visibility is substantially reduced. It is not limited to a reflective garment and does not impose that requirement on non-professional cyclists throughout every clear day. Professional riders additionally have their own high-visibility vest requirement on all road types.
