When the B licence has been held for more than three years. The entitlement is limited to Spain and the A1 limits: up to 125 cm³, 11 kW and 0.1 kW/kg. It does not award an A1 licence or permit any 250 cm³ motorcycle. Applicable restrictions or adaptations must be recorded before using the entitlement.
