Correct answer
45 minutes
At least 45 minutes. Under the ordinary rule, it may be replaced by a break of at least 15 minutes followed by one of at least 30, distributed within the driving period to meet the rule. Do not use the break for driving or other work. If beginning a rest period, this break need not be added as a separate period. The question excludes special provisions for occasional passenger transport; this rule does not automatically apply to every driver of every vehicle.
