Article 106 permits front fog lamps or dipped or main beam in the conditions it specifies; the question excludes front fog lamps and main beam. Rear fog lamps are reserved for particularly adverse conditions, such as dense fog, rather than every visibility reduction. Avoid dazzling and adapt speed and following distance.
