Its mass must not exceed 50% of the towing vehicle’s unladen mass; travel must be by day without reduced visibility, and speed must be reduced by 10% from the general article 48 speed. Urban travel is subject to the relevant municipal ordinances. Applicable vehicle technical requirements must also be met.
