Since 1 January 2026, the valid pre-warning device is a connected V-16 beacon. This question concerns use following immobilisation; it does not assign all special vehicles a spare-wheel kit requirement or indiscriminately include them in Annex XII’s equipment categories under the General Vehicle Regulations.
