Two- and three-wheeled mopeds, motorcycles, with or without a sidecar, three-wheeled vehicles and quadricycles must always have the left-hand rear-view mirror. For mopeds, the right-hand mirror is optional because, by design, they cannot exceed 100 km/h. Motorcycles that can exceed this speed must also have the right-hand mirror.
