Correct answer
Cycles
Cycles, such as bicycles, are not subject to periodic ITV inspection. Buses and adaptable mixed vehicles belong to categories subject to inspection according to their characteristics and use, at the applicable intervals. Do not infer that every vehicle without an engine is exempt: some trailers are also subject to ITV. The question excludes historic classification, which has specific rules.
