Use at least dipped-beam headlights by day and night and travel between 60 and 80 km/h. These are requirements, not recommendations. Observe lower speeds where established or specifically signed, and justified exceptions in the rules. This lane differs from an opposite-direction lane opened solely for traffic flow.
