Correct answer
Yes
Cars, multi-purpose vehicles and other motor vehicles intended for the transport of goods with a maximum authorised mass below 3500 kilograms are required to carry a spare wheel or puncture-repair kit and the tools needed to change it among their equipment. They are not required to carry one, for example, in the case of buses or lorries with a MAM over 3,500 kg. This is because it would be very difficult for the driver to change a wheel of that size alone, and these vehicles also have different types of tyres in different locations on the vehicle.
