Correct answer
Triangular
Triangular, normally with a red border and white background; roadworks signs may have a yellow background. There are exceptions: level-crossing approach panels are rectangular, and the sign marking a level crossing without barriers is cross-shaped. The sign warns of a hazard so that you can adapt your driving; its shape alone does not set a specific speed.
