Both are in the same Article 62 group: lorries, tractor units and vans. Priority goes to the vehicle that would have to reverse farther. With equal reversing distance, greater width, length or MAM is considered under the legal rule. A tractor unit with a semi-trailer would be a combination in a different class. Special vehicles do not all have priority over lorries; their category and conditions matter.
