Vehicles already on the circular carriageway have priority over those entering, unless otherwise controlled, under Article 57.1.c. Give way without forcing abrupt braking or trajectory changes. Being inside does not grant priority to change lanes: respect vehicles already occupying the target lane. Position safely in the appropriate lane to exit; do not cut across another vehicle simply because you are on an inner lane.
