On a motorway, it is not permitted to travel at an abnormally low speed below 60 km/h, obstructing the progress of other vehicles on the road. If, due to an emergency or technical reasons, we are travelling at less than 60 kilometres per hour, we should use the hard shoulder and leave the motorway at the first available exit so as not to remain on that road.
