Correct answer
Hazard lights: all direction indicators flashing together.
Use all direction indicators together as hazard lights, under Article 49.3. A single-sided turn signal or fog light is not the warning. Because of the emergency and abnormally low speed, leave at the first exit if safe to continue; otherwise take safe immobilisation measures. Warning lights do not authorise continuing in an unsafe vehicle.
