Opening the doors. Article 114 prohibits opening them before the vehicle is completely stationary. Even after stopping, check that opening a door or getting out will not endanger or obstruct other users, especially cyclists. As a general rule, enter and exit on the side nearest the road edge. Operating a direction indicator or hazard warning lights when appropriate does not require waiting until completely stationary.
