Yes. Article 5.9 of the General Driver Regulations permits category B holders to drive self-propelled special agricultural vehicles or their combinations, including when their mass or dimensions exceed ordinary-vehicle limits or their design speed exceeds 45 km/h. This entitlement does not allow breaches of operating limits, vehicle masses, dimensions or required authorisations. Do not apply it to non-agricultural special vehicles, governed separately by article 5.8.
