Correct answer
Nine hours.
The general limit is nine hours. It may be extended to ten hours no more than twice during the week. Daily driving time is the accumulated driving between the rest periods defined in Article 4(k), not necessarily between midnights. It is distinct from the whole working day. This question specifies a service subject to the Regulation: for example, regular passenger services with a route of up to 50 km are outside its scope and have their corresponding regime.
