Dipped beam headlights
Dipped beam must be on in addition to position lights, even in daylight, under Article 101.1. Tunnel lighting does not permit using position lights alone, daytime running lights alone or no lighting. This concerns a sufficiently lit tunnel; in an insufficiently lit one, main-beam rules, speed and the possibility of dazzling must also be considered.
