Correct answer
six seconds.
A minimum interval of six seconds, or a distance of at least 150 metres, when not intending to overtake in a vehicle with a MAM exceeding 3,500 kg. Article 95.6 requires at least 100 metres or four seconds for other vehicles, including those with a MAM of exactly 3,500 kg. Increase the gap when conditions require and obey tunnel signs; this is not the situation of a stationary queue.
