Correct answer
No, the fog lights must be switched off.
The driver of this vehicle is not using the correct lighting, since, when travelling on a straight section at night and without adverse atmospheric conditions, the front fog light must not be used under any circumstances. The front fog light should only be switched on when visibility is considerably reduced by adverse weather conditions such as fog, heavy rain, snow, smoke or dust clouds, or when travelling on narrow roads marked with signs P-14a and P-14b. Using fog lights in normal conditions may dazzle other drivers and does not improve visibility in the absence of fog or other adverse conditions.
