When overtaking on a conventional road on our motorcycle, following the amendment to the regulations, from March 2022 we may not exceed the maximum speed established for that road, even if the vehicle being overtaken is travelling more slowly than us. Previously, it was possible to exceed the maximum speed on conventional roads by 20 km/h, but this is now PROHIBITED.
