Correct answer
At 45 km/h.
45 km/h. Although a through-road’s generic limit is 50 km/h, that does not permit exceeding the moped’s 45 km/h maximum. Obey a lower posted limit and adapt speed to visibility, road and traffic; other urban roads may have 20 or 30 km/h limits. Overtaking does not permit exceeding the limit either.
