Correct answer
Overtaking and left turns.
For necessary overtaking and left turns. Normally travel in the right-hand lane and never in the far-left lane. A left turn is distinct from a U-turn, which reverses your direction of travel. Before overtaking, check that vehicles overtaking in the opposite direction have not occupied the centre lane and meet all other manoeuvre requirements.
