Drivers or riders of any vehicle, including cyclists; symptoms are not required. Article 21 covers preventive checks and other cases. Article 14.2 of the Traffic Act also requires other road users to take tests when involved in an accident or having committed an offence covered by that Act. Do not limit the obligation to motor vehicles.
