Correct answer
The motorcycle’s registered holder.
The registered holder must keep the motorcycle in the required condition and ensure that it undergoes the applicable periodic inspections. This duty does not fall on the manufacturer or always on an occasional rider. Frequency depends on vehicle category, age and use; the general interval must not automatically be applied to a training-school motorcycle or one under another specific regime. Check the inspection date and conditions in its documents.
