The normal use of lanes or directions of travel
It may temporarily alter lane use, travel directions and other traffic conditions. Under Article 133, temporary signalling altering normal road use takes priority over conflicting traffic lights, vertical signs and markings, while officer orders take priority over it. Compatible indications still apply. It does not change licence expiry or engine capacity.
