Correct answer
Mopeds.
R-105 prohibits entry to mopeds and also to vehicles for people with reduced mobility. It is not a general ban on every two-wheeled vehicle: do not confuse it with a cycle-entry ban or a motorcycle-entry ban. Scope depends on the vehicle’s regulatory category, not only its appearance or wheel count.
