They are electronic driver-assistance systems. ABS regulates braking to prevent wheel lock; ASR controls driven-wheel slip during acceleration; ESP helps control stability and vehicle trajectory. They are neither tyre-sidewall data nor engine materials. Their operation has limits: they do not replace driver attention or guarantee grip or prevention of every crash.
