Rescue breaths. They are not automatically given to every casualty. For an unresponsive adult, call 112 immediately; if breathing is abnormal, start CPR. If trained, alternate 30 compressions with 2 breaths; otherwise give compressions and follow the call handler. Do not replace CPR with ten breaths per minute without compressions.
