Remove it as soon as possible and meanwhile warn effectively so other users notice it, under article 5. Do not create another danger while removing or marking it. Breakdown or crash immobilisation requires the lights and prescribed warning device under article 130; for a Spanish passenger car, a certified connected V16. Not every obstacle involves an immobilised vehicle.
