Correct answer
Four years after it was registered.
At four years from first registration or entry into service recorded in the Vehicle Register. The ordinary privately used M1 schedule is every two years after four and up to ten years, then annually after ten, under Article 6 of Royal Decree 920/2017. Do not apply that annual schedule to all motorcycles, which are another category. Taxis, driving-school vehicles and other special uses have different rules.
