Exclusively to cycles.
Under current Annex I section 4.4.1, an illuminated cycle silhouette directs the traffic light indications exclusively at cycles. It does not automatically include mopeds or all motorcycles or two-wheeled vehicles. Cycles must comply with the light indications applicable to them.
