Correct answer
The registration certificate
The vehicle registration certificate: field B identifies the date of first registration. A driving licence establishes the driver’s entitlement, while the ITV sticker provides inspection information and does not replace that registration detail. In Spain, the registration certificate available in miDGT has the same validity for driving as the physical document; physical documents must be carried when driving abroad.
