Correct answer
Not having decorations or objects inside the vehicle that hinder visibility
Do not place decorations or objects that obstruct the necessary field of view or interfere with driving, under article 18. Seats must be properly anchored; if adjustable, set them and secure their locking before driving. Doors must be properly closed and must not open unintentionally. An adjustable seat is not a loose or unanchored seat.
