Correct answer
When it is a roundabout.
A roundabout. Article 87.1.c also covers right-side overtaking under Article 82.2, expressly signed priority and overtaking two-wheeled vehicles. The vehicle ahead turning right is not enough. Tunnel and underpass rules are separate and do not by themselves authorise overtaking at a junction.
