Correct answer
Very hot.
A very high temperature can make oil more fluid and contribute to lower pressure. However, a low gauge reading alone does not prove that the oil is very hot: it can also involve oil level, the oil used or a fault. If a pressure warning appears, stop safely and follow the manufacturer’s instructions; do not keep driving on the assumption that temperature alone explains it.
