Correct answer
The legally compliant, perceptible arm signal.
The valid arm signal cancels the contradictory optical warning. It must be perceptible and comply with Article 109; an arbitrary gesture is insufficient. Article 108 does not say it cancels an acoustic warning. Signalling a manoeuvre neither grants priority nor permits disobeying officers.
