Correct answer
Overtaking a motorcycle travelling normally.
Overtaking a motorcycle travelling normally. Article 88 covers immobilised vehicles occupying the lane, except where stopped because of traffic conditions, and specified slow users such as mopeds, always without danger. Necessity alone does not authorise any crossing of a continuous line. Observe the applicable gaps and speed reductions: section 1 requires at least 1.5 m and at least 20 km/h below the limit when passing the immobilised vehicles it describes; article 85.4 also governs overtaking vulnerable road users.
