Correct answer
Carry out the necessary checks to assess the condition of the motorcycle before continuing to ride
Before resuming, protect yourself from traffic and assess the motorcycle’s condition: steering, brakes, tyres, controls, lights and possible damage or leaks. Having no injury does not establish that the vehicle is safe. If there is a fault, uncertainty or you cannot check safely, request assistance and do not continue riding. A fall does not always make a motorcycle unusable, but it does not justify immediately riding on or speeding to make up lost time.
