Correct answer
At least 100 metres.
The minimum is 100 metres; the rule also allows separation to be expressed as a minimum interval of 4 seconds. For vehicles with MAM above 3,500 kg it is 150 metres or 6 seconds. Those figures alone do not guarantee avoiding every danger: adapt distance to speed, grip, visibility and traffic. Tunnel lighting does not remove the required separation.
