On the left: Annex III requires that mirror on two-wheeled mopeds and permits an optional right-hand mirror. Three-wheeled mopeds and light quadricycles with bodywork have different equipment rules: the interior mirror is not required if it cannot meet visibility requirements, in which case the exterior right-hand mirror becomes compulsory. Do not apply that exception to the two-wheeled moped in this question.
