Correct answer
The car.
The car. This scenario uses the priority order between vehicle types: the bus, intended for collective passenger transport, has priority over the car without a trailer. It is not decided simply by which would reverse a shorter distance. Earlier entry into the narrowing, instructions from authorised personnel or a steep section can change the applicable rule; those cases are excluded. Reverse slowly and only after checking it can be done safely.
