Correct answer
Position lights and dipped beam.
Position lights and dipped beam, under articles 99 and 101. In a built-up area use dipped beam whether the road is sufficiently or insufficiently lit. Position lights alone are insufficient for driving, and in normal visibility fog lights do not replace dipped beam.
