An effective silencer. Article 7.2 prohibits an open exhaust or an incomplete, unsuitable or deteriorated silencer on urban and interurban roads. Replacing it with resonator pipes is insufficient. This question concerns a combustion-engine moped; an electric moped does not have that exhaust system.
