Two exterior mirrors, one on each side, under Annex III of the General Vehicle Regulations. This concerns vehicle maximum speed, not current speed. At a maximum of 100 km/h or below, a motorcycle’s minimum is a left exterior mirror. Do not automatically extend this rule to mopeds, tricycles or quadricycles, which have separate table entries.
